Accessibility

Our aim is that all content and programming is accessible, welcoming, and inclusive with an attention to age-appropriate content in various venues across the site.

Guests With Additional Needs

We are so glad that you’re coming to Creation Fest and we look forward to welcoming you on site in the Summer! We work hard to ensure that our whole program is made accessible for all attendees. If you have any questions, please do use our contact form and one of our team will be in touch.

Camping Info

If you wish to camp onsite we have a dedicated accessibility camping area. To camping here, when making your booking there’s a section to tell us about any additional needs you may have. Upon clicking this option, a box will appear asking if you want to camp in the accessibility camping area. Family members are allowed to camp with you in this area.

The Accessibility Camping area is placed closer to the heart of the festival, the toilet and washing facilities, and has a concrete road running alongside it. Please note that the camping area is grass.

If you require an electric hook up, you’ll need to book this through our booking site, Solidrock.

Assistant Dogs

We warmly welcome assistance dogs to Creation Fest. If you will be bringing an Assistance Dog we recommend you have appropriate documentation on hand to show our team on arrival. The only animals allowed on site are fully trained Assistance Dogs. Therefore, we do ask that your dog wears a harness or lead that identifies it as an assistance dog.

Carers Tickets

If you require a carer to be with you onite, we are proud to offer free entry and 50% off camping for all carers attending with one other with additional needs.

To qualify for a Carers Ticket, the ticket buyer may need to prove by supplying documentation, that they are camping or attending with and supporting someone who benefits from one of the follow benefits, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Blue Badge or they have relevant medical documentation to support an injury such as a doctor’s note, then they are entitled to book one Carers Ticket. Carers tickets need to be booked via the website prior to the event. Proof of documentation may be required following the purchase. If requested, failure to provide valid documentation may result in the ticket buyer being refused to enter the festival.
