Warren Furman

Warren Furman, best known as Ace from the original hit television show Gladiators, is often referred to as The OG Gladiator. Interpret that how you will — Original Gladiator, Original GOAT (Greatest of All Time), or as Warren himself humbly admits, Old Gladiator, which he says is probably the most accurate.

After Gladiators came to an end in 2000, Warren stepped away from the world of show business, having found it ultimately unfulfilling. A turning point came when he and his wife, Dionne, attended an Alpha course together ten years ago — a journey that led them both to a vibrant faith in Jesus.

Today, Warren and Dionne live in London, where they serve as curates at Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB). They have two grown-up children, Anna and Bailey, and together they also lead AceActive, a charity dedicated to helping churches connect with their communities and share the Good News of Jesus in relevant and practical ways.
